These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the tibaji platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the tibaji platform (available at tibaji.vip and associated sub-domains and applications, hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated herein by reference such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the tibaji platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

tibaji reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity, age, or address at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the time of first withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time period specified by tibaji may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

You must notify tibaji support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. tibaji will investigate such reports but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
All deposits and withdrawals on the tibaji Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). tibaji supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Son ali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status. Deposits are credited to your tibaji account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. In most cases, bKash, Nagad, and Rocket deposits are credited within minutes. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes of a confirmed payment transaction, you should contact tibaji support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, in line with standard anti-money-laundering practice. Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day are ordinarily processed the same day. Requests submitted after that time or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Verification Requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment method verification. tibaji reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
tibaji does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges. tibaji is not responsible for any fees imposed by third-party payment providers.
All funds deposited into a tibaji account are held for the purpose of gaming and wagering on the Platform only. Deposits may not be used for any other purpose. tibaji does not pay interest on player balances held on the Platform.
tibaji may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, or other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to bonus winnings.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all tibaji promotions:

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or game software failure — the round may be declared void and any wager placed will be refunded to the player's account balance. The decision of tibaji in relation to game voids is final.
The tibaji sports betting section covers cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other sports as made available on the Platform. All sports bets are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market type within the betting interface.
Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a bet. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed by the system are the odds that will apply to that bet. tibaji reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time, including in-play, without prior notice.
Result Verification: All sports betting results are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding a result, the decision of tibaji — based on official governing body results — shall be final.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting tibaji support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tibaji and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:
tibaji's total aggregate liability to any player, arising from any cause whatsoever in connection with their use of the Platform, shall not in any event exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between a translated version of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all respects. tibaji operates its Platform and provides its customer support primarily in English for the Bangladesh market.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through tibaji's internal complaints procedure will be subject to the resolution process set out in the Platform's dispute resolution policy, details of which are available from tibaji support upon request.
